Who We Are
The Baird Stone team consists of brothers Alec and John Baird. Together, we’ve got more than 50 years of combined experience in all aspects of natural stonework and landscaping, from quarrying to production and installation. Walls, chimneys, steps, patios, landscaping, hardscaping, decorative features, firepits…if it can be built with stone or landscaping materials, chances are we’ve done it. We encourage you to check out our gallery to see some examples of our work. We take a lot of pride in what we do and we’d love to help you with your next project.
What We Do
We source the best stone from local NE PA quarries, cut and shape to size, and get it ready to be picked up or delivered. From there, we’ll sell stone directly to general contractors or we’ll bring it down to our retail location. We have a wide selection of Wall Stone, Decorative Stone, Flagstone and Landscape Materials. With our year of experience, let us help you pick out the best products for your projects.

Pennsylvania Stone
Our best seller, PA bluestone is a layered sandstone that is mostly blue in color. It’s available in cut pattern or irregular shapes and a variety of sizes.
PA flagstone is a mostly flat sandstone that comes in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. It can be used in a wide array of applications.
PA wall stone is a solid and uniform stone that works well in both dry stack and mortared applications.
